Working Process:
Material Preparation: Processed powder materials are transported to the disc granulator.
Wet Granulation: Water or a binder is added to the powder material in the rotating disc.
Granule Formation: The disc rotates, causing the powder to move upward and fall due to gravity. This rolling action, combined with the moisture, causes the powder to stick together and form round granules.
Discharge: Once the granules reach the desired diameter, they are discharged from the pan. The plate has three outlets, which can work alternatively. The first is for the feed port, the second is for qualified disc pellet working out, and the third is for returning unqualified pellets to restart the granulation process.
